My fascination with the human psyche and the complicated relationship between anxiety and depression started at University when I was a psychology student in London. I was particularly interested in how an individual’s anxious state of mind could have such an intense, tangible impact on their daily lives, relationships and overall well-being. Over the last 2 decades of my psychotherapy practice, I have honed my practice skills with a blend of psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioural theory, psychology and humanistic/transpersonal principles in meeting my client’s objectives.

By directly engaging multiple senses, we can often access powerful unconscious material and shift deeply rooted perspectives that generate high levels of anxiety and asymptomatic depressed mood states.
